Location

The apartment is located within the beautiful village of Arraial D’Ajuda. It is situated on the beach of Acaiape and the ‘Estrada de Balsa’, the main road connecting the ferry boat (balsa) to the centre.

It’s approximately a 10minute walk (1.5km) to the ferry boat which takes you to Porto Seguro and 20min walk (3km) to the centre of Arraial via the main road or beach. If you don’t want to walk buses and combi’s pass outside the apartment every 10mins during peak season and run 24hours.

Accommodation

Situated in a small closed condominium of 9 apartments with beautiful maintained gardens, swimming pool, covered dinning area and barbecue. It is located nearer the beach end making it very peaceful.

The apartment has 2 floors plus 1 car parking space. It was completely renovated in 2008 to a high standard and sleeps 4 people comfortably and a max of 6.

Ground floor consisting of:

Living Room
Sofa bed and full entertainment system consisting of flat screen TV, DVD and portable stereo

Kitchen
Granite worktops, 6 stove stainless steel oven, large fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, smoothie machine, toaster included.

Downstairs Toilet off the living room.

Terrace
Small covered terrace with adjoining laundry room fitted with washing machine, wash basin, clothes airer and iron.

Upstairs

Bedroom 1

This is the slightly larger room with a spacious feel and plenty of light from the large windows. Fitted with traditional bamboo furniture consisting of a double bed with mosquito net, wardrobe, cupboard, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps and overhead fan.

1 door leading off the bedroom to the en-suite bathroom and another to the balcony. The balcony has a hammock and view to the gardens and beach. The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, toilet, washbasin and window overlooking the sea.

Bedroom 2

Although slightly smaller the room is still spacious and again very light from the large windows. Fitted with traditional bamboo furniture: double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead fan. 1 door leading off to the balcony with hammock and 2nd door leading to the ensuite bathroom The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and washbasin.
