Location

The house is located in Pavelsko Village in the sunniest valley of the Rhodope Mountains. Situated only 30 km from Pamporovo ski-resort and 50 km from Plovdiv – the second biggest city in Bulgaria, the village offers all basic amenities. Here you will find different shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, health centre, kindergarten, school, regular bus transport etc.
The hotels in Pamporovo and the neighboring town of Chepelare offer all amenities of the modern ski-resorts - swimming pools, live music, bars, restaurants, ski shops and bowling. During the summer the area attracts tourists with its lovely nature, fresh air and the wide choice of outdoor activities – walking, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, horse riding, bird watching can all be enjoyed. One of the most famous balneological resorts – Narechenski Bani is only 10 km away from the village.

The Sunny House

This three-storey villa is located at the end of the village and thus enjoys a magnificent panoramic view towards the mountains.
The ground floor is 130 sq.m. big and comprises spacious living-room with fireplace, dinning area and kitchenette, winter-garden, sauna, jacuzzi, closet, corridor, bathroom.
The first floor is 135 sq.m. big and here there are four bedroom each with fitted wardrobe and en-suit bathroom, corridor, one small and one big terraces which reveal magnificent panoramic views.
The last floor could be rearranged in accordance with needs and requirements. You could use it as a study or game room, or even build two additional bedrooms with a bathroom.

The price of the house includes luxury furniture, as well as all appliances, fully equipped sauna and jacuzzi, garage, fireplace and building a small pond in the yard.

Payment plan
- 70% of the price on signing a sale-purchase contract

The term for completion of the finishing works is 7 months after signing of the contract and transferring the ownership.
