The area of the site and of the living space, and the number of rooms and beds, is to be given only with whole numbers (letters are not allowed).

To and from dates are given in the format yyyy-mm-dd, e.g. 2007-09-30. In the event that there are a number of time periods, they are specified in the advertisement text. If you would like to let from the present and until further notice, please leave both boxes empty. If you would like to let from a particular date until further notice, you can specify ‘from’ and leave ‘to’ blank.

Note that you should try to give the rental price as price/night. If the object is only let e.g. by the week, this can be explained in the advertisement text. The price is to be given in whole numbers. Note too that the price should be expressed in a particular currency. If buying or wishing to rent, please indicate the maximum price or maximum price/night.

To improve the chances of your ad’s being successful, consider writing the text in a number of languages. In this way you reach considerably more interested parties.
